My name is Joshua Roxas.

I'm an Olympic weightlifting coach offering remote 1-on-1 coaching for lifters who want to improve technique, build strength, and hit new PRs in the snatch and clean & jerk.

I've been coached under systems influenced by Chinese national-level medalists, known globally for their emphasis on technical precision and long-term athletic development. This experience shaped a coaching philosophy centered on sound mechanics, strong positioning, and sustainable progress.

I work with beginner and intermediate lifters, whether they are learning Olympic weightlifting for the first time, breaking through plateaus, or refining technique to push performance to the next level.
